Three of my favourite music videos

This is one of my favourite videos for many reasons. Firstly It is directed by the artist himself, which allows the audience to get closer to the reason behind the choice of the video. Also it is taken in one shot, which means less time was taken to make it look perfect. Additionally the images match in with the beats, so there is a great sense of music when watching the music video.

Here is one of my favourite videos, called Hush little baby by Wretch 32 and featuring Ed Sheeran. one  reason why this is my favourite video is that it conveys how some men may feel when planning to start a family, and the way they may wish to not rush into things.
The music video is by Jermaine Scott better known as the English rapper Wretch 32, who is a well known popular UK artist. Wretch 32 is also known to be in 2 genres of music; Grime and British hip-hop. He is signed to the label 'ministry of sound'
The artist uses the key convention of lip synching very effectively, making the video look very realistic. The song also consists of a male UK singer known as Ed Sheeran, however the video does not contain him lip synching as most of the video is made up of clips from events in peoples lives.
In my opinion i believe that the video effectively conveys the mood of the song, as it shoes emotion by the actor towards the fact that he is soon to become a father.

This video is coldplay, scientist, which is my ultimate favourite video due to the time and effort being put in by the artist. Not only that it tells a beautiful story and connects with the audience. The video is also great with its mise en scene as the story matches the actual lyrics of the song.
